भारतीय संविधान और इसका महत्त्व (26 नवम्बर पर विशेष)

भारत  का  संविधान  26  नवम्बर 1949 को  संविधान  की  कार्य समिति  द्वारा  अपनाया  गया  जिसे  बाद  में  26 जनवरी   को  लागू  किया  गया.
आधुनिक  समाज  के  सबसे  लम्बे  दस्तावेजों  में  से  एक  भारतीय  संविधान  माना  जाता  है, इसमें  22 भाग  हैं, 395 आर्टिकल हैं  और  12 शेड्यूल  हैं. ये  संविधान  भारतीय  जीवन  पद्धिति  के  हर  पहलू  को  अपने  में  समेटा  है.

भारत  के  स्वतंत्रता  प्राप्त  करते  ही  संविधान  के  निर्माण  का  कार्य  प्रारंभ  कर  दिया  गया. यह  संविधान  मूलतः  ब्रिटिश  राज  से  अधिक  प्रभावित  रहा. इसमें  भारत  की  संस्कृति  और  जाती - वर्ण  प्रथा  को  भी  ध्यान  में  रखा  गया. कोलम्बिया  यूनिवर्सिटी  से  विधि  की  शिक्षा  प्राप्त  डॉ. भीमराव  रामजी  अम्बेडकर  की  अध्यक्षता  में  संविधान  का  निर्माण  हुआ. संविधान  को  26 नवम्बर 1949 को  स्वीकार  कर  लिया  गया, पर  ये  लागू  26 जनवरी 1950 से  हुआ.

भारतीय  संविधान  में  भारत  के  लोकतान्त्रिक  ढाँचे  को  परिभाषित  किया  गया  है. केंद्र  और  राज्य  सरकार, केंद्र  शासित  क्षेत्र, पंचायत  प्रणाली, नगर  निगम, नगर  पालिका, आदिवासी  क्षेत्र आदि  के  आपस  में  सहयोग  और  व्यक्तिगत  भूमिकाओं  पर  दायित्व  निर्धारित  हैं.
नागरिकों  को  भाषा, भक्ति, विचार, वाणी, अभिव्यक्ति & सहभागिता  की  स्वतंत्रता  है. संविधान  की  आधिकारिक  प्रति  हिंदी  में  प्रकाशित  है.

धर्म, वर्ण, जाती, लिंग, भाषा  आदि  के  आधार  पर  हर  भेदभाव  को  संविधान  में  कोई  स्थान  नहीं  प्राप्त  हुआ  है. संविधान  की  सबसे  बड़ी  उपलब्धियों  में  एक  अछूत  प्रथा  की  समाप्ति  भी  है. पिछड़े  वर्ग  की  जाति  के  व्यक्तियों  हेतु  नौकरी  में  विशेष  आरक्षण  प्रथा  लागू  की  गयी.

वर्तमान  में  भारत  में  28 राज्य  और  6 केंद्र  शासित  क्षेत्र  (Union Territory) हैं . भारतीय  लोकतंत्र  प्रणाली  में  लोक  सभा  & राज्य  सभा  होते  हैं. जिसमें  राज्य  सभा  में  250 & लोक  सभा  में  550 सांसदों  की  संख्या  होती  है.

भारतीय  संविधान  में  समय  समय  पर  सुधार  की  व्यवस्था  रखी  गयी  है, और  इसके  नियमों  में  बदलाव  सदन  में  अध्यादेश  पारित  करवा  कर  लाया  जा  सकता  है.

उच्चत्तम  न्यायलय  और  चुनाव  निर्वाचन  आयोग  भारत  के  संविधान  के  2 मजबूत  स्तम्भ  हैं.

If being young, smart, cute is the criteria than our Bollywood actors should take the lead.
If being educated, young, having grassroot experience is the criteria than friends, I too qualify along with Crores of other Bharatiya youth..

But Why Him ??
He is spoon feeded all information about our Nation.
He studied abroad ( 15-25 lakh per year ) and his mother claims to have bank balance of 2-3 lakh only.
He is half Bharatiya half Italian.
He is a Catholic Christian, thus not having any idea of Hindu culture & Sentiments.
& he is not educated too, ask what are his degrees.
Why follow a congress puppet ? Why follow Dynasty system in 2009?
Why kill democracy? That too for this family that has always ruled?

Many of you think that congress has brought many youth forward in Bharatiya politics.
Who have they brought !! Son of Late Madhavrao Scindhia! Son of Pilot! Daughter of Sangama!
Who is fooling Who ?

Think before following the masterminds of biggest political manipulators of our time..
Act what your concious says to you, But please think & argue with your mind before deciding. Because your one decision decides the fate of our Nation, our children, our future.

Vande Mataram

Jan Sangh was formed on Sangh guidelines to work for Nation building idelogy. Nation above self is our ideology. Integral humanism is our thinking.

Jan sangh merged with other outfit to form Janta Party, to throw away congress & indira. Here the target was to prove our co-citizens that Bharat can survive without congress too. Other people objected to our ideology so the Janta party again become Bhartiya Janta Party.

 After many efforts & movements we understood that single party gaining full majority is impossible in near future so we made a collation government to stabilize Bharatiya politics, as we were having PMs in rotation, one in every 6 months.. The development Bharat had during those 6 years is known to whole world..

Some people were concerned because of  Karnataka government power fighting. We were known as a North Bharatiya Party, with no southern presence, we had to win Karnataka. winning is important my friend. Because if you win, than only you have power to rule, to make your own policies. This is any way better than letting selfish people having 100% control over government. So, in order to win, some compromises have to be done in politics. 75% is anytime better than 25%, anywhere.

Now, the time has come to win majority alone. BJP has emerged as a democratic, ideological, peoples party, so like any big tree, we have lots of creepers with us. Filtering & rotation is going on within party to revive it to face the upcoming challenge that we have taken.

Don't get upset by these temporary problems. Follow our vision, with single aim to serve our motherland & generate & awake patriotism among Bharatiya brothers-sisters for a much much better & bright future.

भारतीय जनता पार्टी और मैं

मित्र ,
आज इस पोस्ट के साथ मैं अपने नए ब्लॉग कि शुरुआत कर रहा हूँ। आशा करता हूँ कि मैं अपने राजनेतिक दल के विचारों को आप तक पहुँचा सकूँगा।
मैंने सोच रखा था कि जब भी मैं भारतीय जनता पार्टी पर आधारित ब्लॉग प्रारम्भ करूँगा तो इसकी विचारधारा और राष्ट्रप्रेम को इन्टरनेट पर प्रचारित करूँगा। पर आज देशवासियों पर जो सुरसा स्वरुप महंगाई मुह बाए खड़ी है तो सबसे पहले इस समस्या से लड़ाई हो जाए।
